Drosophila 果苍蝇

Drosophila, is that we want to breed insects.  These insects have a high protein, very suitable for the swallows.
1〕 cereal preparations 1KG powder, or you can buy cheap cereal, and then hit the show powder loaded BLENDER.
2〕 for 1KG of soybean meal (can use flour, but the effect is not very good〕  
3〕 ready 1KG chicken or pig diets (you can sell animals to buy food stores〕

4〕 4 liters of hot water

When you prepare these materials, the materials 1, 2, 3, mixed together and mix well. Cereal flour, soybean flour, chicken or pig diets is to provide the main food DROSOPHILA. While in chicken or pig diets already have suitable DROSOPHILA vitamin (VITAMINS〕 and minerals (MINERAL〕 easier to insect growth.

Heat the water just after adding these materials in and mix evenly.  You can also add a little baking powder to attract DROSOPHILA.

After the completion of these foods on the outside of the room Yan (just use the room ... to develop DROSOPHILA〕. Just started some of these foods will issue a sour, DROSOPHILA will be attracted to the taste. They will start Here lay eggs, then into insects, the pupa and then into DROSOPHILA.

You always have to remember to turn into wet food, breeding insects would have been, until your food is gone.

 If you need more food, it will increase in these materials, you are ready for more insect food.

当你准备了这些材料,将材料 1, 2, 3 掺在一起,搅拌均匀。麦片粉,黄豆粉,鸡或猪的食料是提供DROSOPHILA的主要食物。同时在鸡或猪的食料已经拥有适合DROSOPHILA的维他命(VITAMINS〕和矿物质(MINERAL〕,让昆虫更容易成长。

之后将刚烧热的热水加入这些材料里后搅拌均匀。你也可以加入少许的发粉以吸引DROSOPHILA。

在完成后将这些食物放在燕屋外的一间房间(只是用...来培养DROSOPHILA的房间〕。刚开始是这些食物会发出一些酸味,DROSOPHILA就会被这些味道吸引来。它们会开始在这里产卵,之后变成小虫,蛹然后变成DROSOPHILA。

你必须记得要变成食物时常潮湿,昆虫就会一直繁殖,直到你的食物没有了。

如果你需要更多的食物,就将这些材料增加,就可以准备更多的昆虫食物了。





Drosophila
 Drosophila is a genus of small flies, belonging to the family Drosophilidae, whose members are often called "fruit flies" or more appropriately (though less frequently) pomace flies, vinegar flies, or wine flies, a reference to the characteristic of many species to linger around overripe or rotting fruit. They should not be confused with the Tephritidae, a related family, which are also called fruit flies (sometimes referred to as "true fruit flies"); tephritids feed primarily on unripe or ripe fruit, with many species being regarded as destructive agricultural pests, especially the Mediterranean fruit fly. One species of Drosophila in particular, D. melanogaster, has been heavily used in research in genetics and is a common model organism in developmental biology. Indeed, the terms "fruit fly" and "Drosophila" are often used synonymously with D. melanogaster in modern biological literature. The entire genus, however, contains more than 1,500 species[1] and is very diverse in appearance, behavior, and breeding habitat.

果苍蝇

蝇,一种红眼、双翅、羽状触角芒、身体分节、黄褐色的小昆虫,在近百年间竟然能够“培养”出好几位获得诺贝尔奖的大科学家。是总为常见的模式生物之一。 果蝇英文俗名fruit fly或vinegar fly。 果蝇科(Drosophilidae)果蝇属(Drosophila)昆虫。约1000种。果蝇分为白眼和红眼,白眼属于基因突变的结果,是位于X染色体的隐性遗传,因为它只有4对染色体。广泛用作遗传和演化的室内外研究材料,尤其是黄果蝇(D. melanogaster)易於培育。其生活史短,在室温下不到两周。关於果蝇的遗传资料收集得比任何动物都多。用果蝇的染色体,尤其是成熟幼虫唾腺中最大的染色体,研究遗传特性和基因作用的基础。对果蝇在自然界的生物学了解得还不够。有些种生活以腐烂水果上。有些种则在真菌或肉质的花中生活。
果蝇类昆虫由於体型小,很容易穿过砂窗,因此居家环境内也很常见。在垃圾筒边或久置的水果上,只要发现许多红眼的小蝇,即是果蝇;果蝇类幼虫习惯孳生於垃圾堆或腐果上。
果蝇广泛地存在于全球温带及热带气候区,而且由于其主食为腐烂的水果,因此在人类的栖息地内如果园,菜市场等地区内皆可见其踪迹。除了南北极外,目前至少有1000个以上的果蝇物种被发现,大部分的物种以腐烂的水果或植物体为食,少部分则只取用真菌,树液或花粉为其食物。
在不供给食物的情况下,果蝇可存活50小时左右,在不供给水的情况下,果蝇无法活过一天。蛹期果蝇在其正常5天生活周期下可取食其体重3~5倍之食物,雌果蝇在产卵期每日可取用与其体重等重之食物。果蝇成虫的食物内需有醣类,而蛹期果蝇则可只依赖酵母即可生育。
作为实验动物,果蝇有很多优点。首先是饲养容易,用一只牛奶瓶,放一些捣烂的香蕉,就可以饲养数百甚至上千只果蝇。第二是繁殖快,在25℃左右温度 下十几天就繁殖一代,一只雌果蝇一代能繁殖数百只。孟德尔以豌豆为实验材料,一年才种植一代。摩尔根最初以小鼠和鸽子为实验动物研究遗传学,效果也不理 想。后来经人介绍,摩尔根于1908年开始饲养果蝇。果蝇只有四对染色体,数量少而且形状有明显差别;果蝇性状变异很多,比如眼睛的颜色、翅膀的形状等性 状都有多种变异,这些特点对遗传学研究也有很大好处。对于这些有利的特点,摩尔根也不是一下子都认识清楚了的,而是后来在研究工作中逐渐体会到的。
由于摩尔根的实验室中饲养了很多果蝇,研究人员整天在侍候果蝇、观察研究果蝇,所以人称他领导的实验窒为“蝇室”。在摩尔根的领导之下,这个“蝇 室”成了全世界的遗传学研究中心。他们的研究成果为全世界遗传学界所注目,他们写出的论文和著作是全世界遗传学家的必读书和重要参考文献。这个“蝇室”还 培养出了许多著名遗传学家。
前苏联李森科为代表的一些人,曾大肆攻击摩尔根学派以果蝇为主要研究对象是毫无实际意义,是不关心国计民生。事实已经证明这种攻击是站不住脚的。从果蝇身上发现的遗传规律,对其它动植物、对人类也同样适用。理论上有了重要发展,在实践上也必将有重要意义。
